LG TV owners with Comcast, remote code HELP!

My Buddy Dave at ABC Ware House hooked me up on another Plasma TV but the only code for LG TV's (according to comcast) is 0056...no workie!...I called LG and they say call Comcast, I call Comcast they say call LG
Anyone have a LG with Comcast that came up with a code number?

Doesn't say...it's the silver "on demand and My DVR" remote

Thats were I originally got the code....Even a Comcast rep walked me through the steps with no results.
I tried the "search for the code" on that manual and nothing.

you need 5 digits for the dvr remote. try putting a 1 in front of the code. 10056

Your right...10056 didn't work but as the manual says after entering code, tv light will blink twice. It did blink twice but not the right code.
