Default For those still trying to keep their New Year's resolutions...

...came across a free website that allows you to track your daily nutrition and exercise.

    http://www.sparkpeople.com

The numbers may not always jive 100% (i think they over-estimate calories burned while exercising) but it's helped open my eyes to what I've been eating without thinking (an extra 1,000 or so calories per day)

May be of some use to the fitness buffs.

I've noticed on days that I go to the gym (MWF) I'm a lot hungrier than when I don't go. Craziness.

You will be hungrier because you are burning more calories on those days. I go every single day now and feel GREAT! I love it! I've changed to a very simple easy diet.

I have 1.5 calories, .25 carbs, and .50 fat per lbs of body weight right now... and TONS of protein and vitamins.. In just 4 days I've lost 8lbs, feel better, and perform better in the gym. In another 4 days I'll have had no caffeine for 9 days and that will be out of my body completely.

Hopefully I can keep it up!
