Only mid year vette with a factory 427 tri-power was 67. 63-64 vettes were only offered with small blocks. If someone was so inclined they could put a 427 tri-power in a 63-67 vette as they only has minor changes, meaning these would fit 63-67 big block. (Might also fit 68-72). Hope this helps.
