    I've done it before using offset rack bushings to move the rack down and a bump-steer kit to line up the tie rod with the control arm. The rack in the factory location with drop solid mounts will hit.

    How much lower are the HPM solids vs the Energy Mounts. Energy mounts are like convert mounts. I thought the HPM's are the same as a convt mount?

    Got new intake setup.....saves 15lbs and allows easier access.

    Heads are done.....gonna pick them up this weekend. New springs with better seat pressure 160 closed/420 open. Only need .007 milled to be straight.

    picked up heads over the weekend.....new springs....7 angle valve job....

    Had to playdoh the new pistons to confirm Piston To Valve clearance....it never even touched

    decided with the FELPRO MLS gaskets again.

    Not all assembled, but I tossed on the new intake.....another few hours and it will be ready to drop in the car.

    Jegs is one of my favorite places to deal with.....they price match anyone.

    Amazon had the best pricing.....so I used their pricing at Jegs.

    Lower Intake was $360
    Rails were $120
    Elbow was $130

    Total = $610

    The throttle body is a 90mm Wilson...but I already had that from 6 years ago when I first put the car together. I can't remember what I payed for that.

    Now lets hope it fits under my 1.5" cowl hood......

    I'm still rocking a 70mm tb. Is that too small? I figured since I'm shoving air in it wouldn't make much difference
