Best Iphone 4s case ??? RUGGED use !!

So I'm FINALLY joining the 21st century.. I'm really leaning towards the Casio commando But I'm so used to the IOS platform that I'm considering an iPhone just like the other 564651616156354653535445 people out there.. not to mention how many things out there are geared towards iPhone interface like my wife's equinox with that Mylink deal.. SO is there a case a that makes the iPhone bullet proof she bought a Lifeproof case with her phone and we were less than impressed with it.. not to mention you couldn't hear shit out of the phone with the case on.. Ive seen one that was aluminum ? waterproof would be nice but not 100% necessary.. I'm moving from a Casio G zone flip phone which has been tough as nails I'm HARD on phones and have ZERO problems from this old girl, I swear I could use it as a drift punch at work in a pinch.

there are companies that make them from kevlar and ballastic nylon, But considering a used Iphone 4s can be bought for 125 a 100.00 case seems silly

I have a LifeProof case for a iPhone 4S that I don't need anymore, for $50 it's yours.

This thing really does work under water. Here is a video when I was snorkeling in the Virgin Islands a few years ago with it.

My biggest concern with the lifeproof is with my wife's you could barely hear the phone ringing music etc.. And hearing while talking on it was rough.. And with me inheriting my dads oh so great hearing (that or playing drums for 7 yrs and growing up around sprint cars and drag cars and now working in a heavy truck shop) I can't hear shit with that thing.

I didn't have any issues hearing with mine. My wife has one on her 5S and she doesn't have any issues. Look you can put it on your phone and see if you want, just putting it out there.

I work for a utility company and we use Griffin survivor cases on ours.. I have personally dropped mine from 25 ft in the air, landed on a metal fence post then bounced in dirt.. no issues with phone. I work in all weather conditions with it and it has been great for almost a year.
