Default I seen the biggest retard on Woodward

I was on Woodward tonight and I could not believe my eyes for a second. There was this tool thinking he was a bad ass riding his Honda with bare feet. Yes not only was he wearing shorts he had no shoes on. Thiis guy also was riding like a fool weaving back and fourth changing lanes like he was in some kind of race. Then to top it off I get next to him and he does not even have his helmet strap done, not that he had any brain to protect. Anyone see him?
