    Default LCA question - 4th Gen F-body

Will stock replacement rubber bushings fit in place of the polyurethane ones in aftermarket control arms? If not, does anyone know of a place to get rubber ones that will fit?

You didn't say what brand you have, but chances are they will NOT fit. The aftermarket arms usually use a smaller dia bushing than the factory does. The only way I see you might have a chance is if you call the manufacturer of the arms and see what they might have.

They make aftermarket LCA's with a rubber/poly combo, so there has to be something that will work.

what he needs to do is measure the LCAs to see what size bushings he needs, then go look in the book, they often have a section where they are listed by dimensions

That's how we had to look them up on a buddies 3rd gen when he needed to redo his suspension. Had aftermarket LCA's and had no idea what they were.

hotchkis and lakewood both use different size bushings than factory.

That's a good idea, I figured you could do that for Poly bushings but didn't know you could for rubber. What book am I looking for that has this for rubber bushings? Who manufactures/sells them?
