I have an old AOD and a999 that have been sitting around. Does anyone offer cash for the core?

I thought they all went in the bed of my '72 pick up that just sits around, at least that's how it is at my place, LOL.

Scrap yard
79' Fairmont, Built not bought
If it has all working lights, 2 seats, plates/insurance, cooling system, alternator and exhaust its a street car
Dont let your mouth write a check your ass cant cash
I always buy and sell transmission cores, but I buy what I need and try to sell off older obsolete cores.
I say try because countless times I have had scrap companies and core buyers stop in and inspect what I have, we agree on a price, and they never show back up to buy them. I currently have some 200+ cores to scrap.
Over the years I have had many customers that I do work for just drop them off... and I try to repay the favor in return the next time I do work for them.
Currently, a scrap yard will give you 18-20 bucks for your AOD core.
Th350? Worked fine when pulled
Thanks for the info.
It tough to find a good rebuildable non lock up 350 core. Most are junk/bad worn case/bad pump-drums-planets.
As a rule, it usually takes me about 3 units to get enough good parts for 1 unit.
Scrap price at a recycle center is about the same as the AOD.
Average current pricing on bare old cast aluminum is .45 cents per pound. Bare case is about 25 lbs.
If it was working when pulled, craigslist might get you 100.
PM'd
PM'd you too. I need to replace this still. I've got a turd of a 700r4 in it's place and hate it;
