    So, 11/27, I order 2 iShit's online against every cell in my body telling me not to do it. My wife has been begging for one and I finally caved in, and I really just dislike the phone for various reasons.

    I get my order confirmation, everything seems to be going good...
    I ordered a 32gb, and a 16gb, ported only my primary number, and got a new number for the second line.

    About an hour after ordering my 2 iShits, I get this email:

    I'm like uhm ok, so I goto the URL in the email, put my cell phone number in there, and I get this:

    Port Results
    Your number transfer/port request has been confirmed by your previous service provider.
    Your port status is: Confirmed
    Everything is cool, right? no.

    I expect (with overnight shipping) that the phone will arrive Monday. 11/29 at noon I decide to call AT&T, go through some transfers, about 45min later, I finally speak to someone, apparently there are two requests to port my number, for no reason, because their site messed up. So we fix it, now, my order is delayed, and they tell me I should get the phones tomorrow, ok, cool w/e, I can deal with that.

    11/30 rolls around and I get this fucking gem:

    11/30, 12/01, 12/02 - I make a phone call to online customer service every day, asking when my phones will ship, they keep telling me the next day. Tonight, I look at my online order which said 'In pogress', now it shows the following:

    The only reason I went with an online purchase is that I got the 16gb for $50, and the 32gb for $150 that day...FML

    Why wouldn't you deal with them in the store? They don't port the number over until you go to pick it up.

    Or just walk in and buy them? When I wanted mine I just stopped by and picked it up. Best phone in terms of service I have ever had.

    The reason I haven't gone to the store is the cost of the phones, online they were $208 for both, at the store they wanted $400
